◦ As Consultant for United Nations I administered many Enterprise High Availability Sharepoint Farms heavily customized, I provided support to users from all Missions around the world, I migrated around 40 million files to Sharepoint 2019 Farm under tide project deadlines and in the same time I actively contributed on Power Platform Governance project defining Environments, Apps, Flows, connectors strategy, Naming convention, DLP policies, Licensing getting only appreciations.

◦ For a multinational Swiss Watch company I migrated the content with Sharegate and Metalogix from Sharepoint 2010 farm to Sharepoint Online, designed and built content and security architecture for new Digital Workplace based on client requirements successfully. I developed an Employee Directory SPFX web part for searching and filtering easily employees from Azure Active Directory and other external HR sources helping them to save time and optimize work.

◦ An UK Lawyer Firm specialized in immigrations and training companies' personal hired me to help implement Sharepoint content structure security for employees and auditors and configure and administrate teams telephony system with robot messages for each branch of type of activities getting client satisfaction and good feedback.

◦ For a UK Microsoft Gold Partner I implemented and configured a Sharepoint 2016 multi-tier farm and migrated old data from a Sharepoint 2013 multi-tenant architecture farm over weekend.

◦ For a very big company from US (more than 10,000 users) I implemented and configured a complex Sharepoint 2013 architecture: Intranet (5 servers) – 2xWFE + 1xAPP + 2xSQL – High Availability), Disaster Recovery: 1xWFE + 1xSQL, Development: 1xWFE+1xSQL with NTLM and Oracle Internet Directory authentication and migrated their old data from a corrupted Sharepoint farm smooth and transparent for users achieving good feedback from them.

◦ A big world-class ocean carrier with shipping services hired me to implement Sharepoint web responsive intranet sites based on CSS3/HTML5/Bootstrap 3 technologies, migrated data (each list with 20k-22k items) from old sites with all metadata and all views and all NINTEX workflows getting only good words for my professional and quality work.

◦ For a US client I analyzed and successfully migrated Sharepoint 2007 and TFS 2008 integrated solutions that sit on different machines (Sharepoint in 2-tier architecture) to Sharepoint 2010 and TFS 2010 in the same architecture, in a new implementation minimizing the downtime to 1 hour and improved developers' collaboration.

◦ For a US client I analyzed, build action plan and migrated Sharepoint 2007 to Sharepoint 2013 with complex developments and custom site definitions in a new implementation and I assured the same content structure and security available for the new users from a different domain in achieving a smooth transition but also giving the client the possibility of using the new features from Sharepoint 2013.

◦ I helped a Denmark client to integrate his SQL Analyze Service from Azure virtual machines with Office 365 PowerBI, Power Pivot report dynamically achieving updated reports to his clients.

◦ I configured and administered Sharepoint Online Office 365 – Sharepoint Team Site, Outlook, Lync, Exchange and I migrated the data from Sharepoint on premise instance to minimize operational costs. I constantly trained business users to easily adopt these cloud products.

◦ For a US Lawyer Company I Developed Dynamic Lawyer Infopath forms with custom C# code and digital signatures integrated with Sharepoint 2013 in web browser and using Qdabra web services. Because these forms could update many lists in the same time I got great appreciations from him.

◦ For Sanofi Company I web designed master pages and page layouts within a very tide deadline filled with many change requests and asking great flexibility from me. I successfully fulfilled all the tasks in the desired timeline gathering appreciation from the whole team.

◦ For Rompetrol Intranet Sharepoint Collaborating Platform project I supervised the design of logical and hardware 3-tier architecture, the implementation, the configuration. I tested and administered medium farm (6 servers) and I successfully scaled out and scaled up the solution for 3000 users.

The high availability for Sharepoint Service was 99.5%.

◦ I actively participated in Rompetrol Sharepoint Disaster Recovery project, among other technical team members to develop both technical solutions and to implement and manage them, one of my roles as an administrator I being to ensure that in case of disaster, the Sharepoint Service will be functional in less than an hour with minimal losses.

◦ From my initiative I gave the solution in Rompetrol Sharepoint Extranet project, I implemented and administered the Sharepoint farm in order to secure and improves the collaboration with Rompetrol partners and clients over internet.
