SAP functional consultant with 21 years of IT experience, including 13 years in SAP. My focus is SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C), and SAP CRM. I design SAP BTP applications as a functional consultant, analyze CPI iFlows, and configure C4C integrations on both the C4C and ECC/S/4HANA sides.                 

I also have hands-on SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2 demo experience and am preparing for certification; I have not yet delivered a Version 2 customer project.
